Gift Basket Drawing Eligibility Rules

  1. In compliance with Minnesota Gambling laws, the CHS Giving Campaign Gift Basket Drawing is open only to individuals employed by CHS in the Twin Cities. Individuals employed by CHS outside of the Twin Cities or not employed by CHS (i.e. contractors) are ineligible to enter the drawing or win a prize.
    1. Winners are selected using a random number generator.
    2. To verify eligibility to enter the drawing or win a prize, a verification of employment will be completed prior to the drawing results being announced.
    3. If an individual not employed by CHS purchased a drawing ticket(s), the individual’s eligibility to enter the drawing or win a prize will be forfeited.
    4. A new winner will be selected upon forfeiture of eligibility to enter the drawing or win a prize.
  2. Refunds will not be provided upon forfeiture of eligibility to enter the drawing or win a prize, or under any other circumstances, all proceeds are considered a donation to the Greater Twin Cities United Way.
  3. The proceeds of the drawing will be used to support the Greater Twin Cities United Way located at 404 S. 8th St., Minneapolis, MN 55404.  Registered charity #41-1973442.
